RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Our goal is to deliver the best to you and make you happy! We ask that you please check your orders upon delivery. It breaks our hearts to know that you want to return the products. We put in a lot of effort to bring you really good (honestly) products to the comfort of your house, but if you are ever unsatisfied with our products for any reason, we want to be the first to know.
Because of the high sensitivity of the products, we are not able to accept returns.
However, in case of wrong delivery or damaged products upon delivery, we will do our very best to resolve the matter either by replacing the product or issuing you with credit.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Any claims for spoiled / damaged products must be made WITHIN 12 HOURS OF YOUR DELIVERY TIME and we will work with you to make it right or issue you a credit. Please call us right away at 971 529951277.
**Please do not discard any item that you need to exchange or refund because of wrong order or spoiled / damaged products.
